Boundaries aren’t selfish, they’re self-care. Saying “no” to the wrong things leaves space for the things that truly light you up.

Every “yes” you give is a piece of your energy, your time, and your peace. If you’re constantly saying “yes” to things that drain you - extra obligations, toxic people, or even habits that don’t serve you - you’ll never have the space to grow into the version of yourself you’ve been working on.

Boundaries are more than just rules. They’re filters that keep you protected.

Think of them like your skin barrier: if you don’t protect it, everything from the outside world can irritate, inflame, and dull your shine. But when you set up a strong boundary, your glow stays smooth, clear, and healthy.

This week, I want you to try something simple:

Say “no” at least once where you’d normally overextend yourself. If this "no" doesn't hinder any life standards or outcomes, its okay to simply choose yourself when you need it.

Notice how much lighter and calmer your body feels afterward

Remind yourself that every boundary is you choosing you.

And remember: when you protect your energy, you don’t just show up yourself - you get to show up for the people who actually deserve you.

Love,

Jasmine
