Morning routines that actually work!

Your morning routine doesn’t have to be 5 a.m. workouts! It just has to give you energy, clarity, and peace.

Structured Morning Flow (for a 7:00 AM wake-up, 30-min commute, 9:00 AM work start) 

This is a general outline, feel free to rearrange, remove or add in tasks to your new GLOW routine.

7:00 – Wake & Refresh (10 mins)

  • Drink a glass of water right away.

  • Open blinds or step outside for sunlight.

  • Quick skincare facial cleanse to wake up!

7:10 – Prayer & Journaling (10 mins)

  • Say a short prayer or affirmation.

  • Write 3 things you’re grateful for + 1 intention for the day.

7:20 – Movement + Learning (20 mins)

  • Go for a brisk 20-minute walk OR quick bodyweight workout at home.

  • While walking (or after), play a self-improvement podcast or YouTube talk on something you want to master.

7:40 – Healthy Breakfast (20 mins)

  • Keep it light and energizing: oatmeal with seeds & berries, avocado toast with eggs, or smoothie with greens & fruit.

  • Sip green tea with lemon for focus and clarity.

8:00 – Get Ready & Reset (25-28 mins)

  • Shower & skincare.

  • Get dressed, light makeup if you wear it.

  • Pack snacks or lunch.

8:28 – Out the Door 🚗

  • Leave by 8:28 to give yourself buffer time for that 30-minute commute.

Listen to music, a calming podcast, or just enjoy quiet to set the vibe before work.
